Erwan Le Corre

French native Erwan Le Corre grew up with a passion for natural movement. He earned a black belt in karate at age 18. At 19, he was introduced to and began studying a natural movement and lifestyle called “Combat Vital.” Later, he discovered the work of Georges Hebert and Methode Naturelle. Le Corre updated Hebert’s training methods and created MovNat, which is an education system that empowers humans to experience and reclaim their true nature: to be strong, healthy, happy and free.
